📦 When will I receive my order?
All orders require 3 to 4 business days for processing before shipping.

Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 10 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.

📦 I ordered more than one item and only received one
Don’t worry — your items may have been shipped in separate packages and are still on the way.
Our VELOCE T-shirts and hoodies are shipped from different warehouses than other products, so shipping times may vary.

If you haven’t received all your items after 15 days, feel free to contact us at support@veloce.es.

❌ Can I cancel my order?
Yes, we can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet.

• Reason for the return

• Photo(s) of the item(s)

📦 It’s been more than 15 days and I haven’t received my order
