Legal Bases Draw

  1. Organizing Identity : The giveaway is organized by FALONSO, @falonsofanpage on Instagram.

  2. Participation requirements : To participate in the draw, users must meet the following requirements:

    • Make a purchase on the falonso.es website of any amount.
    • Follow FALONSO's Instagram account (@falonsofanpage)
    • Mention the person with whom you wish to attend the Spanish Grand Prix in the raffle publication on Instagram.
    • Optional: Share the giveaway post on your Instagram story, tagging the @falonsofanpage account

  3. Date and duration of the draw : The draw will begin on February 18, 2024 and will end on June 22, 2024. The winner will be announced each month until the date of the event.

  4. Prizes : A total of 8 tickets will be drawn to attend the Spanish Grand Prix. Each winner will receive 2 tickets. There will be a total of 4 winners selected until the event date.

  5. Drawing mechanics : The winner will be selected randomly from all participants who meet the participation requirements. The more comments a user makes mentioning different people, the more chances they have of winning. Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these bases and the decisions made by the organizing company.

  6. Communication with the winner : The winner will be announced on the FALONSO Instagram account and will be contacted by direct message on Instagram within a maximum period of 48 hours from the date of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner will be selected.

  7. Personal data : Participants accept that their personal data will be used by FALONSO exclusively for the management of the draw and the delivery of the prizes.

  8. Changes and acceptance of the bases : We reserve the right to modify or expand these promotional bases, to the extent that it does not harm or impair the rights of the Participants in the Promotion. The mere fact of participating in the draw implies that the Participant fully accepts the conditions of these Legal Bases. Likewise, participation in a draw of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the Instagram social network through which it is developed.

  9. Exemption from liability: By way of example, but not limitation, we are not responsible for possible losses, theft, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the Participant regarding the prize obtained from this Promotion. We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that could prevent the completion of the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize. In the event that this Promotion cannot be carried out, either due to fraud detected in it, technical errors, or any other reason that is not under the control of the Company and that affects the normal development of the Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it, including the participation web page.

  10. Applicable law and jurisdiction : These bases are governed by Spanish law. For any controversy that may arise in the interpretation or application of the same, both FALONSO and the participants of the draw submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
