Legal Bases Draw

  1. Organizing Identity : The giveaway is organized by VELOCE, @falonsofanpage on Instagram.

  2. Participation requirements : To participate in the draw, users must meet the following requirements:

    • Guess the prediction: Podium (1st, 2nd, 3rd), which driver will get the pole and which driver will get the fastest lap.
    • Follow VELOCE's Instagram account (@veloceracingg).
    • Mention a person in the Instagram giveaway post.
    • Optional: Share the giveaway post on your Instagram story, tagging the @veloceracingg account.

  3. Date and duration of the draw : The draw will always start at 12 noon on Thursday and will end when free practice 2 ends on Friday. The winner will be announced on Sunday at the end of the race.

  4. Prizes : A total of €100 will be raffled off, and it could be €200 if the winner has re-uploaded the post to Instagram stories. IMPORTANT: in the event that there is more than one winner with the raffle, the prize will be shared among the winners.

  5. Mechanics of the draw : The winner will be selected from among all participants who meet the participation requirements. Only one prediction per person may be made. Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these rules and the decisions adopted by the organizing company.

  6. Communication with the winner : The winner will be announced on the @veloceracingg Instagram account and will be contacted by direct message on Instagram within a maximum of 48 hours after the final results of the race are known.

  7. Personal data : Participants agree that their personal data will be used by VELOCE exclusively for the management of the draw and the delivery of the prizes.

  8. Changes and acceptance of the terms and conditions : We reserve the right to modify or expand these promotional terms and conditions, provided that this does not harm or impair the rights of the Participants in the Promotion. The mere fact of participating in the draw implies that the Participant fully accepts the conditions of these Legal Terms and Conditions. Likewise, participation in a draw of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the Instagram social network through which it is carried out.

  9. Disclaimer: By way of example, but not limited to, we are not responsible for any possible losses, thefts, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the Participant with respect to the prize obtained from this Promotion. We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that could prevent the Promotion from being carried out or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize. In the event that this Promotion cannot be carried out, either due to fraud detected in it, technical errors, or any other reason that is not under the control of the Company and that affects the normal development of the Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it, including the participation website.

  10. Applicable law and jurisdiction : These rules are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute that may arise in the interpretation or application of these rules, both VELOCE and the participants of the draw submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
